I absolutely stress when I talk about exercise. I mean, after kids- how do you get to the gym EVER? I tried going at 4am (seriously). That lasted a month. I tried bringing the kids to the gym with me. That costs a fortune and they end up sick every week. Then, I tried Stroller Strides. I will admit, they had to pretty much beg me to try it. The best part is that you are working out with other people in the same place that you are- with kids and wanting a work out. You can walk, run or jog- it is up to you- you can literally go at whatever pace makes you feel comfortable. The kiddos love meeting others and getting to play at the end together.
