What makes a Hot Mamma? Positive energy, inner beauty (and let’s face it- when someone has inner beauty, they also have outer beauty), someone who balances life well, and no matter what life throws at them- they see the glass half full. Our Hot Mamma’s are working moms who “have it all”- family, career and happiness. And in true OCMAMMA style- our Hot Mamma’s are also…HOT.

How does your business help other moms and/or kids? My business is aimed towards moms, who don’t have a lot of time to get ready during the day! Just a quick 4 minute regimen and you are out the door with flawless, beautiful, Radiant Skin! Radiant Minerals also offers products to help with those hormonal breakouts, those “I haven’t-gotten-more-than-4-hours-of-sleep-in-months” dark circles, and the much needed GLOW we need to feel just a little better about ourselves!
How do you balance work and kids? I focus just a few hours in the morning on work, while Josh is eating and romping around, then once he is down for the nap, I power clean. Any spare time I have, besides spending time with the hubby, cleaning the house, cooking dinner, shopping, running errands and chasing after Josh, I try to take a few moments for myself each day. If that means I have to hide in the bathroom with a book, so be it! I truly believe you need just a few moments for yourself, to keep yourself sane! And if you feel like you’re going crazy? Call a girlfriend. They are always prepared with chocolate and wine!
What is your favorite activity with your kiddo? Josh and I LOVE to swing at the Park. It’s one of his favorite things to do.
What is one piece of advice that you could share with other mom’s? Go ahead and SIT DOWN! Take a nap! The dishes will get done (eventually!), the laundry will be folded and the trash will be taken out (when your husband finally realizes that the trash is overflowing on the floor and your kids are playing with yesterday’s junk mail and banana peels!). Being a mom is a tough job. You deserve a break.
What is your favorite online site for kids or moms? Well… my top 2 would have to be OC Mamma and Café Mom. For kids, I have no clue since I only have a 17 month old!
What is one of your favorite books about parenting? The book that got me through my pregnancy and 1st year was “What to Expect When Your Expecting” and “What to Expect the First Year” by Heidi Murkoff
What is your biggest guilty pleasure? Laying out in the sun! Summer is my favorite time of the year, so once Josh goes down for a nap, I’m out by the pool with a book, the baby monitor, some fresh iced tea and my sunglasses in hand!
If you won the lotto today, what would be the first thing you would spend money on? (assuming you have to buy yourself something.. I know, it is a stretch)? I would FINALLY get that Louis Vuitton Purse I’ve always wanted! Hey… a girls gotta have at least ONE purse that’s always been unattainable!
