What makes a Hot Mamma? Positive energy, inner beauty (and let’s face it- when someone has inner beauty, they also have outer beauty), someone who balances life well, and no matter what life throws at them- they see the glass half full. Our Hot Mamma’s are working moms who “have it all”- family, career and happiness. And in true OCMAMMA style- our Hot Mamma’s are also…HOT.

Through my company Peek.a.boo Toes, I create art and visual expressions from a baby’s ultrasound. With the use of vibrant colors, brush strokes and special touches, an original canvas giclee is produced.
Each individual piece starts with an organic form which develops into a unique production of abstract shapes, sizes and detailed combinations. The gamut of colors is spread in continuous tones over the medium of canvas making the art complete. There is nothing more precious in this world than the birth of a child. The creation of our being is so complex and so naturally moving that it is every parent’s special experience. Each piece is unique and the perfect way to preserve such wonderful moments.
Not only does it help other moms but whole families cherish the beginnings of life. The art is a captured moment that brings us on the outside in. I try my best to gather information that will aide me in my creations. My goal is to paint shapes with use of colors that just might better tell the story of who the little one is. It’s very important to me that I get a glimpse of the child’s background so that my creativity is not just my imagination but true reflections of who the parents are soon to meet. Peek.a.boo Toes is my passion and knowing that it has touched the lives of so many out their makes the purpose of me, my art and my company so worth the effort of my days.
Honestly, I don’t. I just press “PLAY” and go.
My favorite activity with him is doing anything together that sparks a good conversation. We could be traveling, outdoors, at the dinner table or even in the book store, but regardless most of these activities set tone for awesome conversations. Just to hear him talk about life and process it in his little head leaves me in amazement. He inquires about everything from simple facts to complex ideas and issues of today. Most of the time he wants to learn more about historical facts. My favorite reply to him is, “Google It!”
Be vulnerable to your kids and let them know that we as parents are not perfect and that it is o.k.
