Greetings..
I think you know that I am a foodie. I love food. In fact, I am one of those people who live to eat (rather than eat to live). It gets me in biiiig trouble, let me tell ya. I have been trying to be good post baby- for the sheer goal of being able to squeeze myself into a smaller size designer (duh) jean (EVERYTHING looks better smaller, doesn’t it?).
So, with an effort to lose a little, I have been eating less. I don’t like the word “diet” as just saying it sends me into ‘binge eating mode’ where I feel immediately deprived and MUST eat every sweet in sight (hello Susie Cakes). That leads me to today’s dilemma.
